Rodney and Michelle Gage are the founders of ReThink Life Church and The Winning Family. The have been married for over 30 years and have three amazing children and two sons-in-law, and have recently welcomed their first grandchildren into the world. For decades they have devoted their lives to helping people win at home and in life. To this day, Rodney and Michelle continue a strong spiritual heritage from both sides of their families. As a result, they forever carry in their hearts the legacy of parents who cared about them spiritually and modeled to them how to live a godly life. That’s why they are so passionate today about helping parents leave a spiritual legacy behind in their children—they personally know how positive and life-changing it can be!

In addition to being a full-time Pastor for decades, Rodney is the author of seven books, including, Why Your Kids Do What They Do: Responding to the Driving Forces Behind Your Teen’s Behavior, The Double Win: 8 Questions Everyone Must Ask to Win at Work and at Home, Family Shift: The 5-Step Plan to Stop Drifting and Start Living with Greater Intention, and his upcoming book, We Can Work It Out: Creative Conflict Resolution with Your Teen. Rodney is a graduate of Liberty University and Southwestern Seminary. Strategizing how to help parents raise up winning families for Christ is one of Rodney’s greatest passions.

Along with being a co-founder and co-pastor of ReThink Life Church, as well as the co-founder of The Winning Family, Michelle is the visionary leader behind the SHE MOVEMENT, where women and girls learn what it means to be Strong, Honorable & Extraordinary in every aspect of their lives. She is also the founder and host of the ReThink Pink Conference for women and girls, challenging the norms of our culture. Michelle is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and is the author of two books she co-wrote with her husband, Rodney. She also cowrote an upcoming book with her mother and three sisters in honor of her late father, soon to be released this fall! Michelle’s life motto is “Life is short; live intentional. Life is long; stay encouraged.”
